Additional Cost
In
addition to the above prices, each hunter will pay a Standard Guide
Fee minimum of
$300.00 each for guide services. This amount is to be paid
directly to your guide at the completion of your hunt.
Your
guides help to ensure safety as well as catering to your needs in
order to make your hunting experience at the Circle B Ranch as
enjoyable as possible. Your guides are not employed by the
ranch, so if you feel your guide exceeded your expectations
additional tipping is greatly appreciated!
Other Services
The
above prices are for GROUP HUNTS of a minimum of 4 hunters and a
maximum of 6 hunters per weekend and include room and board.
The minimum charge is $1,000.00 per hunter plus the $300 Standard Guide Fee
for a weekend hunt and potential harvest of an animal. This
price will be charged even if an animal is not harvested.
Non-hunters will be charged $500.00 for a week-end stay at the ranch
which includes room and board. Your check-in time is Friday at
4:00 pm and your departure time is 12 noon on Sunday.
Video of
your hunt may be available upon request. This service must be
scheduled well in advance of your hunt. Video for one hunter
is $300.00. Video for two hunters is $225.00 each. Call for additional details.
We can
transport your trophies for you to Comal Taxidermy in New Braunfels,
Texas for $50.00 per animal. If requested, we will transport
your meat to Granzins Meat Market in New Braunfels, Texas for
processing. You will pay the taxidermist and the meat
processor directly for their services. See your guide for a
brochure and other information regarding this service.
Spring Turkey Hunts
Up to
four turkey hunts are scheduled each spring. They are weekend
hunts that begin at 4:00 pm on Friday and end at 12 noon on Sunday.
Package
#1: $5,500.00 for 6 hunters. Price include the
opportunity for 6 Tom Turkeys, 6 Wild Hogs, room and
board. there will be 3 guides available for this package.
The Special Guide Fee is an additional $150.00 per hunter. Other Exotic
animals may be harvested at published prices.
Package
#2: $5,700.00 for 7 hunters. Price includes the
opportunity for 7 Tom Turkeys, 7 Wild Hogs, room and
board. There will be 4 guides available for this hunt and
the Special Guide Fee is $150.00 per hunter. Other Exotic animals may be
harvested at published prices.
Package
#3: $5,900.00 for 8 hunters. Price includes the opportunity
for 8 Tom Turkeys, 8 Wild Hogs, room and board.
There will be 4 guides available for this hunt and the Special Guide
Fee is
$150.00 per hunter. Other Exotic animals may be harvested at
published prices.
Summer Exotic Hunts
Summer
Exotic Hunts are relaxing and a lot of fun. They are weekend
hunts that start at 4:00 pm on Friday and end at 12 noon Sunday.
Enjoy swimming, taking a nap or hunting to your heart's content for
beautiful Exotics like our awesome Axis Bucks that are in full rut
at this time of year. Prices include either Axis Buck, Black
Buck, Mouflon Sheep or Aoudad Sheep and a Wild Hog
with room and board included. Other Exotics are available at
published prices.
Package
#1: $2,000.00 each for 2 hunters plus Standard Guide Fee of
$300.00.
Package
#2: $1,950.00 each for 4 hunters plus Standard Guide Fee
of $300.00.
Package
#3: $1,900.00 each for 6 hunters plus Standard Guide Fee
of $300.00.
Policy
Deposit:
A $500.00 deposit per person is required to reserve a date for fall
or summer hunting packages. A $300 deposit per person is
required to reserve a date for spring turkey season.
Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Although
the Circle B Ranch prides itself in offering abundant wildlife for
you to see, there is no guarantee you will harvest an animal.

All
guests are expected to read our ranch rules/release and sign as soon
as they get to the headquarters.
